Orbit is a macOS desktop software application created, owned, and published by Graond (graond.com), operated by Imran Hossen as a sole proprietorship based in Dhaka, Bangladesh (“Graond”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Orbit (the “Software” or “Licensed Application”), or accessing our web services at orbit.graond.com, you agree to be bound by these Orbit Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”).
These Terms apply to all users, including individuals using the Free Plan (and its 16-day Pro trial), commercial or personal users holding an Orbit Standard 1-Year or Orbit Pro Lifetime license, and team administrators.
Apple Developer Program & macOS Permissions
Standard macOS End User License Agreement (EULA) disclosures, system permissions, and URL automation schemes.
This agreement is concluded solely between you and Graond (creator of Orbit), and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Graond is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.
Orbit uses macOS Accessibility APIs to read and position window frames across displays, and Apple Events Automation to open/close configured apps and browser tabs. Optional Microphone access is requested only if you record a voice note inside Feedback.
Graond is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Orbit via support@graond.com. Apple has no obligation to furnish support services.

Eligible Macs can claim a one-time 16-day Free Pro Trial directly inside Orbit under Plans & Upgrade by entering an email address. No payment method is required, and the app automatically reverts to the Free Plan when the 16-day evaluation ends unless you choose to activate a paid license key. Limited to one (1) free trial per physical Mac hardware lifetime.

Self-Service Recovery & Support: If you ever misplace your email or license key, retrieve it instantly at orbit.graond.com/recover or contact support@graond.com. Under Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, if technical issues unreasonably delay delivery, your sole remedy is replacement or a 100% refund.

We do not host, sync, read, or monetize your workspace configurations, source code paths, notes, or browsing history.
Orbit works 100% offline to launch apps, switch spaces, and restore window layouts.
How Your License & Device Seats Are Checked
3-step cryptographic seat verification with local offline persistence.
When activating a license or 16-day trial, Orbit computes a local SHA-256 device fingerprint (instance_id) alongside your Mac's platform UUID, primary MAC address, and model/OS version to enforce seat limits (1 Mac for Standard, 3 for Pro). Raw hardware serial numbers never leave your Mac.
Once verified over HTTPS, your activation state is saved locally in license.dat (and macOS Keychain for trial binding) so Orbit launches immediately offline, with lightweight background seat checks when online.
Moving to a new Mac? Open Plans & Upgrade > Manage License > Turn Off to release the active seat immediately, or re-activate a previously used Mac in 1 click.
Orders, Merchant of Record & 14-Day Refund Policy
Mandatory Paddle Merchant of Record disclosure and unconditional 14-day cancellation rights.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Cancel your order and request a 100% refund within 14 calendar days of purchase for any reason, without exceptions.
Email support@graond.com or use the Paddle receipt link in your order confirmation email.
Once a 100% refund is issued, the associated license key(s) are deactivated. View our Refund Policy.
Orbit Standard (1-Year) Renewal & Cancellation: Standard licenses provide 1 year of access and updates. You may cancel your annual renewal at any time via the Paddle Buyer Portal link in your receipt email, or by emailing support@graond.com. Upon cancellation, your license remains fully functional until the end of your current 1-year prepaid period, with no subsequent charges.
Sales Tax / VAT Compliance: As the Merchant of Record, Paddle.com automatically calculates, collects, and remits all applicable sales taxes, VAT, and GST based on your billing address and country regulations at checkout.
Acceptable Use & Permitted Actions

Warranties & Limitation of Liability

“As-Is” Software Provision: Orbit is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we test every macOS release thoroughly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation across every third-party Mac configuration.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Orbit nor its parent company Graond shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Orbit license.
